This is fast-paced, high-impact temp recruitment, and the potential is huge. You won’t just be filling admin or facilities roles, you will be providing essential, out-of-the-classroom support that helps schools operate smoothly, so educators can focus on what they do best. With demand already pouring in from our partner schools, this new desk is packed with opportunity.

We need a driven, experienced recruiter with a background in industrial or commercial temp recruitment, or a similar fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What You'll Be Doing:
- Running and growing your own education recruitment desk
- Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
- Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
- Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
- Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture
- Office based role, Shifts between 7am - 5pm.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a proven track record of success that you will be able to talk us through.
- A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
