What you will do:
- Own and manage your own recruitment desk, placing talent across colleges and FE institutions nationwide
- Build strong relationships with colleges, working closely with them to meet staffing needs
- Source, screen, and place candidates in a variety of FE roles
- Develop and grow your desk, identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded, driven professionals
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards throughout the recruitment process
What you will bring:
- Solid 360 recruitment experience, preferably within Further Education or a similar sector. But what matters is that you are a hunter for business and have a track record to show us.
- A passion for helping colleges find the right talent and make a real difference in education
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong business development abilities and a hunger to grow your desk
- A results-driven, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
