Recruitment Resourcer (Service Administrator)

Permanent, Full Time 

London City Centre 

(Monday – Friday. 40 hours. Flexible working between 8-6) 

£26,000 - £28,000

This role sits at the heart of our recruitment team. While compliance and safeguarding remain important, your focus will be on resourcing, candidate engagement, and building a strong pool of available staff for our schools.

You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, developing your skills in candidate attraction, managing pipelines, conducting interviews, and delivering an excellent candidate experience with structured training and development towards becoming a 360 recruiter.

 

What you will do:

  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and advertising responses.
  • Engage with candidates via phone, email, and video calls to assess availability and suitability.
  • Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to support the recruitment pipeline.
  • Maintain a ready-to-work candidate pool to meet school demand.
  • Act as a key contact for candidates throughout their journey.
  • Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported with opportunities and bookings.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, including right to work, DBS, and qualification checks.
  • Gather references and help ensure safeguarding standards are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
  • Support the recruitment team with day-to-day tasks and contribute as a reliable team member.

 

You’ll ideally have these skills or experience:

  • As recruitment is a sales environment, we register high numbers of applications each week. You will ideally have experience working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Target-driven and experienced in working towards tight deadlines and within short timescales. 
  • Confidence to speak to candidates on the phone, excellent communication skills is essential. 
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic with a flexible approach.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate (Keyboard skills, Microsoft Office applications, etc.)
