What You’ll Need to Succeed:

We are interested in a variety of backgrounds and experience for our trainee roles. You may have previously worked in a School, Sales or Customer Service to name just a few examples.  

Many roles will bring transferable skills into a successful career in recruitment. We just need you to bring the following: 

• Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills—this is a relationship-driven role.
• A target-driven mindset with the dedication and passion to hit (and exceed!) sales goals.
