Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for building relationships and delivering tailored staffing solutions?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a fast-paced role supporting schools with their non-classroom based vacancies. This includes key positions such as cleaners, caretakers, and administrative staff.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, ensuring their ongoing staffing needs are met.
  • Source, screen, and place candidates for a range of operational roles within schools.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within this new area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the go-to expert for non-classroom based staffing solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on temporary placements.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a new sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A desire to make a significant impact in a growing, vital area of recruitment.
    • Visit clients and attend events to build your network and relationships. You will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.

In return, we offer an open-ended opportunity with the chance to build and shape a key part of our business.

If you are ready to take on a new challenge, grow within a supportive environment, and help schools operate smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
