About our Academy Whether you are a recent graduate, or have work experience in sales or customer facing roles, our Trainee Academy programme is an alternative path into recruitment designed specifically for ambitious early-career talent. This is about setting you up for success from day one.
Joining the programme, we will invest heavily in your future with a power-packed 6-week accelerator programme at our head office in Manchester, where you will master the fundamentals of education recruitment before stepping into your sales role full time in Branch. You will learn our proven methodologies, build essential skills, and gain the confidence to hit the ground running from industry experts and subject specialists.
